Tomsk Regional Engineering Center provides engineering services on organization of technical and technological support of new products development at all stages (including design and construction work, prototyping, etc.), technical and technological processes design; offers enterprises consultations on the production preparation and support; assists in arrangements  of technical license and essential documentation for new product implementation. Primary areas of Tomsk Regional Engineering Center are instrument engineering, medical equipment and materials, information technologies, chemistry and pharmacology.

Regional executive authorities establish Center of Cluster Development of Tomsk Region (CCD TR) in order to ensure conditions for development and collaboration of innovation clusters participants, cluster projects coordination. In Tomsk Region there are 6 clusters formed: “Pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and information technologies”, “Information technologies”, “Forest Engineering”, “Solid-state Microwave Electronics”, Fluoride Technologies”, Seversk Industrial Cluster”.
